6 months to 3 weeks before the event

Registration of the companies :

The contractors/visitors share their needs, project or the skills they are looking for.
The suppliers of technologies/exhibitors describe their technical skills.

2 weeks before the event

The suppliers of technologies/exhibitors express their request of meetings with the contractors/visitors.
The contractors/visitors make their selection of suppliers/exhibitors they wish to meet and register to the conferences they wish to attend.

In order to optimize these meetings, the contractors/visitors confirm the request of meetings made by the suppliers of technologies/exhibitors.

4 days before the event

With all these information, First Connection organizes a customized schedule for each participant. This agenda is sent via email 72 hours before the event at the latest.

18th and 19th May 2016

First Connection supports the participants during the two days of the event to help them to optimize their participation.

From 17.00 :	Reception of the exhibitors for the installation of the exhibitors spaces.

Wednesday 18th May 2016
08.00 - 09.30 :	Welcome of participants
09.30 - 10.00 :	Presentation of AERO’NOV 2016
10.00 - 13.00 :	Business meetings and conferences
13.00 - 14.20 :	Lunch with all the participants
14.30 - 18.00 :	Business meetings and conferences.
19.30 - 20.30 :	Dining cocktail between the participants
